Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful doctor. His bedside manner is second to none!

This guy was rushed. He didn't give me an exam. He wrote a prescription to a compounding pharmacy that I couldn't get filled because his staff is so inept. After my first visit, I finally rescheduled an office visit online to get my prescription issues corrected. I wish I could tell you how my appointment went with the Dr., it keeps getting rescheduled, always an emergency surgery. Scheduled a month out only to have the day before be-told they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next first available appt, two weeks later. Only to be told again that they had to reschedule it again the day for the appt. This time it was going to move ahead of the appt. Only to be let down again, same excuse. Has an emergency surgery. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor
Had an appointment scheduled for over a month. Got in a few late due to traffic on 146 and was told by the receptionist that I had to re-schedule which would be another month out just for a consultation. I ended up making an appointment with another clinic down the street for the next day.
I made appointment 2 month ago a day before my appointment they left a massage that they want to talk to me I called back and stay on hold for 37 minutes and no respond so I hung up next day I went to my appointment I got there a lady was siting there look at me without saying Hi or any eye contact said we called you I said yes but I was on hold for 37 minutes and nobody pick the phone she said that is not our business I said so why you called she said I was going to tell you that Dr.is not coming to day he is opening anothe... read more
Very professional but still has a sense of humor. It is easy to discuss sensitive issues with Dr. Rodriguez and get straightforward answers and advice. Excellent doctor. Could be better at answering the phone to schedule appointments, this can take a while.
