We brought our truck to Reid Automotive and left it there with the understanding that the required repair was a fuel pump and it would take two weeks to be repaired. SIX weeks and $3000 on rental cars later, we picked up the truck and were charged $1500. Not one single time did Reid pick up the phone in the six weeks that he had the truck to call and touch base about it, or to confirm any additional repairs and cost, nor the time required.
