Have a long history of back pain. Have had a procedure that did work and was a relief. The last time I had no relief and I was scheduled for a MIR. Since that MIR I have not been able to get the results of that MIR. I emailed, I called, called again and even talked to someone. 2 months ago and I’m still waiting and will not recommend this office.
We all know how rare it is to find physicians who truly listen, respect, and care about their patients. Who give them all the time they need. Who believe their patients, and take their patients' pain seriously. Who do the extra work and take the extra time to talk to insurance companies, to ensure the best care possible. I'm lucky to have found Dr. Gabriel Radu, a wonderful doctor. Thanks Dr. Radu for taking amazing care of my mother, and thanks as well to a great supporting medical and office staff.
