Ok, so I've been living at this property for a decade. and I've seen many people come and go. They FINALLY have a great manager, Elita... Who covers many duties and is the go between extraordinar. She just personally did the best caulking I've ever witnessed. She pulled the old stuff up and sprayed to dry it out, then laid the new caulk and whipped excess off.
