Dr Marrero may well be a good Doctor, unfortunately he is backed by a terrible office staff. My first visit, being referred by a colleague, went nowhere after an hour and thirty five minute wait due to overbooking. I left. I spoke to the referring physician via Zoom and agreed to return.
