Poor follow-up to initial quote; I emailed them twice asking for an amended proposal for a white framed door and rec'vd no response. Unfortunately, that experience gives a potential customer a very uneasy feeling about the company, so we decided to go elsewhere.
Horrible experience, super rude unprofessional and sketchy. My husband and I sent blue print to this company for a quote and product approval for the city in order to purchase and make business with them the product needs to be approved by the city correct? Well they was very rude and unprofessional stating that we needed to sign a contract with them in order to get a product approval sound like fraud to me because why would I sign a contract and give any type of money unless their products get approved by the city/county wh... read more
