I’ve lived here for a few months now and I think the new team here is doing a great job. I heard they had a lot fixing up to do when they took over; every time I’ve called maintenance, they’re here same day, the office staff have been so nice and attentive. When I first moved here, the elevators were out on and off for a little bit ( which was killer ) , but once they found the problem ( fire alarm system being old or something ) and fixed it, there’s been at least one working consistently. I still have nightmares about this place. They had a property manager named Tay when Avenue5 took over. She was the worst person you can have as a PM. All her employees quit because of her, nothing was getting done at the property, constant disrespect and so much more it's not worth writing here. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the WORST apartment building I have ever lived in. The local management is awful and inconsistent, the facilities are old and have not been kept up properly, and there are cockroaches literally everywhere. The garage has exposed wires and is falling apart. The main issue is the elevators, they are so old and most of the time only 1 works (for a 21 story building). The staff is wonderful. I really enjoy living here. It’s quite great. Staff is attentive and maintenance is good at responding in a timely manner.
