Nurse Sofia De La Camara provides outstanding care every time. She is incredibly nice, kind, understanding, and always makes me feel comfortable and heard. I always come back to her and wouldn’t choose anyone else—she’s truly the best. I also want to highlight MA Amanda for her great hospitality, which made the whole experience even better.
I am extremely disappointed with this dermatology office. They scheduled my daughter for an 8:00 AM appointment, and when we arrived on time, the office was completely closed. I waited outside the door until 9:00 AM, and not a single staff member. not even front desk showed up. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical office caring for children with special needs. Our time is valuable, and this lack of professionalism and communication is beyond frustrating. I will be taking my daughter’s care elsewhere.
Las Dra y sus tratamientos son los mejores ,pero al llamar ☎️ la persona q atiende estas en el teléfono más de 15 minutos te contesta x fin y le hablas y te sigue dejando en espera y no me atendió x favor Dra hay q mejorar al momento de pedir la cita la espera es demasiado solo para decir nombre y fecha nacimiento es una espera de siglos antes no era así gracias
