Would not live here again – I lived here for about a year. Over the course of my time here, the apartment management seems to have lowered its standards with respect to the quality of tenants, presumably in an effort to fill up the building. People have started hanging out in the parking garage, which is kind of sketchy especially late at night. A great place to live – I used to live in uptown and decided to search for a high-rise in downtown. After looking at numerous properties, i was referred to the Gables Republic Tower. I found the staff (Gerald & Quiynh) to be very friendly and helpful. The apartments and views are amazing. I moved into a two bedroom unit that was brand new and beautiful to boot for a very reasonable price. The rooms flow very well, and the bathrooms and closet space are more than ample.
