Great place to live downtown. Excellent location.
This is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The units are stunning, amenities are great, and everyone who works here goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Shoutout especially to Ryan and Collin at the concierge desk - y’all are the best!
Best apartment building I've ever lived in by far! Everyone here goes above and beyond for the tenants (Morgan and Ryan just to name a few). The amenities and apartment finishes are top notch. Couldn't reccomend more!
Living at Gables Republic Square has been an incredible experience, and the standout feature for me has been the amazing concierge team. Ryan, Colin, and Lodisha consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and cared for — their professionalism and genuine kindness have made this place feel like home. I lived at the Gables Republic Square for a year and I cannot recommend this building strongly enough. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is great and the building itself is spectacular. If I was staying in town, I'd have been happy to live there forever. What really makes life in the building a first-rate experience is the way the team at Gables treats their residents.
