Regino Ricardo did a tremendous job with my apartment, showed up on time and fixed various issues with the unit and also managed to get my AC back in order. He is very professional every time I’ve had to have anything fixed. Definitely your top maintenance tech at Gables Ponce A++

My AC broke in the middle of the night, so I made a maintenance request in the morning. Regino was at my apartment within 20 minutes and helped fix the AC in less than 15! He also let me know I should’ve called in the middle of the night, so he could have fixed it earlier, so sweet!
I had a problem with the air conditioner. After I reported, GABY came in less than half an hour to fix it. He’s very friendly and professional, I give him 10 stars!
