Gables apt bad review This Apartments is a stark example of scamming. The manager who is a lady in 50s is an artistic scammer. She manipulates leasing contracts frequently in a vague language to trap tenants into what she called “fines.” in a way that contradicts to all other apartments. She keeps changing in leasing contracts every term. She always send her guy to put fine notes at tenants’ door by end of day (4-5 pm).
