I’ve enjoyed living here for over a year. The apartment is spacious, the building is generally quiet and peaceful, the location is convenient near the Mopac ramps, and the gym and pool are both nice amenities to have.

Posting in Dec: I moved out since July and have yet to receive my security deposit. I've called and left a message the past 2 days and no one has reached out to me. Half the time if you call the number listed even during work hours no one will answer and just direct you to leave a message. If you want to live somewhere that raises the rent $1k from one year to the next for a year lease or $2k more / month for a month to month lease this is it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I lived there for almost 12 years and just because I had to move out because it was impossible to live safely and happily. They have an exodus of people for the past two years. The building is disgusting, dirty, and they will break into your vehicle, your storage unit and your home. Listen staff is extremely rude. Specially the property manager. The only good people have always been the maintenance team.
DON’T LIVE HERE!!!! we lived for over 10 years in this building in almost every single unit and it got worse every year. There are lawsuits and there’s a reason why they have had masses leaving for the past two years. The building is dirty and unsafe. There are no cameras and especially the proper manager, he’s extremely rude. Fetch never delivers. Packages are stolen. Doors not locked and fobs some even work.
