Great location and staff
I absolutely love living at 5th Street Commons! The apartments are bright, modern, and impeccably maintained, and I truly feel at home here. The community amenities—like the courtyard, fitness center, and resident events—are top-notch and make everyday life feel special. A huge shout-out to Andrew, the community manager. Not only is he super responsive and helpful, but he also has the funniest jokes—definitely ask him to share some when you move in or stop by the office! 5th Street Commons is a convenient location and offers easy access to MoPac and downtown. It also has retail spaces on the first floor and is right next to the Mean Eyed Cat! The management has also just repainted the hallways and replaced the signage, which has definitely helped make the community feel more modern. I definitely recommend this community!
This community is beautiful & well taken care of. The staff is always so kind & professional. Maintenance is quick & attentive. 6/5 stars!!
