Not the best - Not the worst – The Gables is a decent place to live. It stays fairly quiet and is kept pretty clean. They are very picky about the yards and space around your home, even if it is behind a fence. You're not allowed to have window airconditioners, which can be dreadful in the summer. They have rulse like no children that aren't potty trained in the pool. I would like to teach my daughters to swim there, but no. The park manager can either be really nice or just plain mean.
