I really love this complex, it is only place I can feel at my home. Security, landscape, location, leasing office, management, maintenance everything is way better than you can expect. Maintenance service has diminished and the office staff has provided minimal respose, and closes ticket without finishing the job in its entirely. The service used to be better...

For the location and size of this community I really expected more community activities, and better coffee. Not enthused about their new valet trash service that's an extra$25a month when I can save money and take it out myself. The trash chute is literally on the way to the parking garage. When I have trash to take out I have to wait for pick up and this creates nats in my apartment. I'm trying to save money not throw it away.
