I’ve been dealing with a rat infestation for over 2 weeks and was offered a $20 gift card for the trouble of having my groceries eaten twice and rat feces being everywhere in my apartment. I have not been able to get ahold of the leasing manager to discuss the situation either. In general the staff is friendly and helps where they can, but was told rats are just something that happens here. I’ve been a resident for 2 years now and overall it’s a decent community, but this is unacceptable.

The location is perfect. Apartments are a bit old and may not seem as good as new apartments especially not updates units. It not easy to manage such a big complex. Maintenance and leasing office are trying their best to help. Sometimes delays or mistakes may happen. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and easy approachable apartments. The community is very quiet and calm
Peaceful and the rent is decent
Whatever they say in the beginning you visit and if you like the accommodation and till the process is completed, each day they demand different requirements and you are not assure that you will get the apartment at same rent told on first day or they will increase by adding certain more requirements to increase the total deposits. They don’t have any CCTV cameras in the whole premises and without any boundary wall. Feels insecure in the absence of security arrangements.
