I am so impressed by Benjamin on the maintenance team! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have comfortably moved into my new apartment. He is responsive and timely, and if he cannot get something done right away, he communicates well. Earlier today I simply mentioned a concern and asked if he had a tool I could borrow to fix it. By the time I came home from work, he had fixed it himself! Very grateful. Thank you Benjamin!
