I would never consider using this company after what they are trying to do in my neighborhood. I live in a rural/residential neighborhood in Fredenberg Township, about 20 miles outside of Duluth. My neighbor went to Gables and Ivy to sell his property. This property runs along my property and those of several other neighbors. This property was never put on the market.
