It pains to me to write this because I have never given anyone a bad review but this is certainly merited. Ms. Korolyova was our landlady for one year. During this time she dealt with house issues only at her convenience and utterly ignored many texts where I am explained and sent picture of a palmetto bug infestation which she could have easily fixed by installing proper mesh on the outside holes where the roaches were coming in from.
