I love living at Gables Century Center. The community is quiet and clean. It’s located in a great area and I have always felt safe here. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and quick to resolve any issues we’ve faced. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Chamblee or Brookhaven area
I wish i could rate zero stars. They way they treat their residents is horrible and this is an incredibly greedy company. They towed my car today and have threatened to tow it in the past. As a resident (which a vehicle registered ) you would think they would show more respect. But instead, you get very little support from the staff and they tell you their is nothing they can do. :(
I have been here nearly 3 months and I do love it! Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would definitely appreciate it if the treadmill tv's were of better quality, as in not needing to use a remote that usually doesn't work and the channel selection is ridiculously poor. It needs to be user friendly.
I have been here just under a month now but love it so much! It's a home feel with an apartment atmosphere! Everyone in the office is very friendly and accommodating
I like Gables Century Center, the landscaping is perfect, good areas for walk, the pool area is great! And the gym is wonderful!! Only the garage need more cleaning.
Love this community! I am a late 20 something yuppie and this apartment complex is generally made up of professionals like me. Pros: very quiet, neighbors are respectful, maintenance is quick and responsive, and the leasing staff is courteous and professional. Valet trash is a plus and they encourage green practices (Recycling valet too! Just ask for the blue bags at the leasing office). Honestly the best place I've lived in in Atlanta.
