Update as of December 2025 * Adding a major con: I have an ant infestation in my bathroom, particularly the bathtub. The pest control provider here hasn't been helpful either. The problem has gotten worse over the past couple weeks. I noticed when I first moved in a month ago that I saw one ant but that was it, and then one day literally over night, my bathtub started crawling with them. UPDATE as of December 1: Don't move here. My bathroom, in particular the bathtub, is infested with ants. Pest control claimed they didn't see anything in my bathroom but when I came home from work, I saw 4-5 ants crawling in my bathtub.
