Gables is great! We chose somewhere further from the city in exchange for all that Brookhaven has to offer. The staff is great, Tiffany was super helpful. The apartment was clean and move in ready. The apartment was great and the move went smooth. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone
Just moved in last month and I’m already loving it here! The community is clean, quiet, and full of amazing amenities. Huge shoutout to Tiffany; she was the kindest leasing agent and consistently followed up throughout my entire move-in process. I have lived her for about a year now. Things were going great besides the occasional small hiccup. Then around June our AC broke and things started getting bad. It is now July 23rd and no fix is in sight. Getting the front office team has been impossible to communicate with and often refused to email a response back. My roommate and I have tried to submit work orders and receive very little feedback about what the delay is.
