Destiny in the front office is very nice, welcoming, and helpful.
The location and apartment itself is great but they have a pest problem in units. When I first moved in it was ants. Now it’s spiders and giant roaches. I request pest control 1-2x a month and they either don’t come to my unit because the staff didn’t add me to the list or pest control complete ignored my unit, and when they do visit they barely spray it. Whatever it is, it isn’t working. The staff here never responds either to my pest concerns.
Tiffany has the greatest and sweetest customer service. She deserves a pay rise
Destiny at Gables Brookhaven is absolutely wonderful! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure that residents are taken care of. I’m so glad she is part of Gables Brookhaven!
