Will not give you a replacement fob even if you’ve been a resident for 3 years. I’m now locked out the gates for the next 10 months…. Also had my roof leak down into my apartment and no compensation or apology was given. Save your money and go somewhere management care about their residents
Gables is great! We chose somewhere further from the city in exchange for all that Brookhaven has to offer. The staff is great, Tiffany was super helpful. The apartment was clean and move in ready. The apartment was great and the move went smooth. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone
Just moved in last month and I’m already loving it here! The community is clean, quiet, and full of amazing amenities. Huge shoutout to Tiffany; she was the kindest leasing agent and consistently followed up throughout my entire move-in process.
