We just moved in two weeks ago and really like it here. It's quiet, tons of parking and the people, staff and our neighbors are really friendly. The staff keeps the property extremely clean and maintained.
Live here! If you want to get scammed! Lived there for three years, my girlfriend let the office know over a phone call we would not renew the lease, although in the fine state of California a verbal agreement is legally binding they choose to ignore this agreement and charged us a extra thousand dollars we do not have. On top of it all we cleaned the heck out of the apartment for two days, patched and textured all holes that were done by previous tenants and still get charged a $150 cleaning fee.
