AC has been broken for THREE WEEKS in the middle of summer. This is not the first time this happens, been living here 2 years and AC has broken multiple times. The building halls are constantly dirty and smell bad (some of that is the neighbors blame since some people leave trash outside on days they don't pick up). Hey been emailing yall and have tried to get it escalated to Alexandria and Rebecca Slater and its been almost 3 weeks without help
Lived here 7 months and love most of everything EXCEPT the Ac unit stops blowing every few weeks. I’ve lost count of the requests - the maintenance team is amazing with their response time. Today I opened the closet to find parts on ground and a water bottle being used to drain the water. I pay over $2k a month and this does not seem reasonable.
The application process/tour was amazing! Jacob has done an amazing job providing excellent service, connects with you, really listens to your needs and finds you the best options! I was fairly new to apartment hunting and after going on a few other tours these apartments and Jacob’s service were outstanding and made the decision really easy to go with Gables 6464. ☺️
Living there currently, this place is going down the drain. Dirty all the time. Always something is broken, like elevator and amenities. NOT to mention the safety. I have witnessed many car breaks and wheels stealing. Visitor parking is an issue difficult. I find it ironic that they charge you a luxury Living fees and the grill, gates , elevator is not working Always.
