Buying a house built by Gablecraft Homes, rebranding as PATH Developments, was the worst decision of my life. Absolutely everything on the brand new house needed to be redone, including complete gas line replacement, complete HVAC system replacement, complete flooring replacement and subfloor levelling, and much more. Fortis BC gas inspector called the gas line on the new home the worst he had seen in his entire career in a new-build house, and said he would not let his own kids sleep in our house.
