Hate that the management team changed. I put in 2 maintenance request already and neither one has been checked or fixed. The old management team and maintenance crew would have been came to fix them. I also told the new manager that I got stung by a bee at the mailbox and they need to spray, and they still didn't spray. What if I was allergic to bees? Thank God I'm not! Bring back the old management team. They get more done in a timely manner!
Karl is the best! He walked us through everything and helped us so much!
This is a high crime area. Most places are these days. However, I heard there's a lot of shooting after dark and weekends.
