If you have children DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are drugs everywhere and the office will not do anything about it! There is mold all threw out the buildings. Loud music all threw the night. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night! The office staff is either really nice or really rude depends on what kind of day they are having. The office staff is nice, yes but have no idea what they are doing. They processed a payment from me and it has already been 30 days and I have not received my refund of \$100!! And now they are saying it will take an additional 2 weeks! Do not pay to hold an apartment you will never see your money again!! Oh PLUS they will not return calls when they say..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
I would never recommend this complex to anyone. We lived there over a year and never caused or had any issues but when we moved out we were NOT given out deposit back due to a satelitte dish that was attached to the balcony that was not ours and it was told to the office more than 1 time that it was not ours. If they would take the time to contact Comporium they would realize that we had cable the ENTIRE time we lived there but of course it's our word against their's and they would never take it that far so they could keep o... read more
This place is awful i wouldnt refer anyone to stay here. They go in your apartment when you are not home and vandalize your stuff. We had several occasions when they were in our apartment while we were not there. And Cheryl is the worst its a wonder if someone hasnt already jacked her up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We moved here from Ohio and the staff is very courteous and quick to respond to tenants needs. We have had no problems and although we did see a roach, I called the office and an exterminator was here the next day, we havent seen any since.The apartments are clean, newly painted and carpeted, and fairly priced. I rate this a 8 out of 10.
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTINGNOT ONLY DISGUSTING WITH ROACHES FLEAS, BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS SO NASTY, CHERYL IS THE NASTIEST MANAGER AND NEEDS TO TAKE A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE,THE PLACE IS FILTHY CHILDRENS OUTSIDE PLAYING THE POWER GOES OFF AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FOR HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE SORRY THANK GOD I HAD A 3 MONTHS LEASE!!!!
