Really terrible and non-existent support. Lack of empathy and knowledge. Did not provide me with complete information after our car was broken into. I was told that they would cover anything regardless of whether I went to Subaru dealership or not. I reached out multiple times to Michael via email and text and received zero responses.
Confusing and hard to reach. not much support when you need it.
I would never recommend this insurance company because they practice shady service. At the beginning, I monthly payment was $132, then next month it increased to $192 without any notices, and then increased again to $202. I canceled today I hope I will not work with them again.
