I can’t express enough how positive an experience this was. Gabe and her staff went the extra mile to make the process hassle free. From the start it was a low pressure experience. We were given ample time to move out. We didn’t have to deal with pesky repairs. They even took care of transferring the utilities. Melissa was great to work with. I highly recommend Gabe Buys Houses as the first call one should make when considering a sale.
I was a little apprehensive about contacting Gabe (Buys Houses), and my expectations were very low, however, my experience couldn’t have been better. The process was fast and fairly simple, I would highly recommend this company. We found the process very smooth from the walk through for evaluation to communication of the offer and the closing experience.
