Most of the receptionists here are very good, but one in particular is extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I have a full rupture of the Achilles tendon and urgently needed to see a specialist. I was referred to a specialist by Dr. Chavan, but that specialist was going on leave. I called the clinic to ask if I could speak with Dr. Chavan about another referral. Very friendly and well mannered.
We were on holidays from interstate and needed a doctor. We were able to get a same day appointment, on a Sunday! Dr Heggart ran to time, was friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend
