Pretty disappointed with my visit. Went in just to grab some scripts and ended up with a 3-minute consult where the doctor told me my antidepressant dose was too high. I've been on this medication for 12 years under my psychiatrist's care, so I'll go with the advice that has helped me stay alive. I also asked for e-scripts since I travel for work — she said no as she was printing them out. Dr Loona has been absolutely outstanding. Since relocating to Brisbane, she has been looking after my entire family with exceptional knowledge, genuine care, and a very thorough approach. This has been a full bulk billing clinic since November 2025, and all the doctors are genuinely caring and attentive. The reception team is always friendly and welcoming, creating a very homely and comfortable environment. My recent experience with Dr Roy was excellent — very professional and thorough. I have also been under the care of Dr Marc and Dr Loona, both of whom are highly experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic for quality care and a supportive atmosphere.
I’ve seen several GPs in Brisbane but struggled to find one who truly understood my issue. Then I visited Dr Loona, and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative, and she was able to diagnose my condition quickly and accurately. I really appreciate her care and professionalism. The environment at the clinic is very friendly, the receptionist is extremely supportive, and the waiting time is minimal.
Doc Shavan has been my Gp for 4 years already now she is the best and very smart doctor, Also she does help with any referral or treatment she can give you the best advice and treatment. I’m so glad to find her and recommend to everybody.
