I tried to schedule a showing for an apartment & they were asking for proof of check stubs before scheduling a showing which it was a bit strange. Only to find out from two other agents that the apartment was no longer available since they had already accepted an application way before I contacted them for the first time. Not sure why they would ask for proof of check stubs knowing that another application had been accepted.
Impressive amount of listings
Marisol was terrific with our Laredo home sale on Cuesta Dr. back in Dec. 2022. It sold within 2 weeks of being listed and sold for $3,500 above listing price.
