We've brought quite a few dogs to FVARC and have always been happy with the care & compassion shown. But Gracie's severe head and neck wounds presented the staff a big challenge, and they saved her life. Throughout her 3 surgeries and 11 day stay, Gracie was treated with the utmost skill and care. And, communication was top notch despite the clinic being extremely busy. I always received timely updates and my questions were answered. Thank you doctors, surgeons, nurses, and staff of FVARC! We appreciate you all so much!

My son’s fur-baby, Nellie, required an anal saculectomy. For the first 12 hours after coming home, she did ok. Then on 8/20, she had an episode of bleeding from an area between her incision and rectum. Her surgeon, Dr. Cerroni saw her and said the bleeding was from a hemorrhoid. The opening we saw looked like a fistula, but the doctor said no.Later on 8/20, the drainage changed to stool. Calls were made, texts and pictures sent and we heard from no one at Hope! I brought my dog Aria on a Sunday for quickly abnormal behavior, and lethargy. The team at VSH took great care of my pup even though she was super nervous, and has trouble with being comfortable at the vet they took everything in consideration to get her feeling better. An honest, polite, and compassionate group of people!

Although I recommend the clinic for medical care and was pleased with the Dr. we saw, the office/front desk staff were rude and not compassionate in any way. People in those positions should be supportive and caring. Not the case here.
