I brought my ten-year-old boy (Boomer) to GVR and saw Dr. Horne. I couldn't have been more impressed with the Doctor's thorough exam, genuine concern, and level of knowledge about Boomer's condition. Ms. Ashley is also so patient, thorough, and kind. The GVR facility is wonderful! Thoughtfully designed and equipped, from the rubberized flooring to the comfortable exam rooms. Boomer has shown such improvement in his pain level, and I am grateful! I highly recommend GVR.
The services these folks offer and perform have made a tangible difference in my older dog's ability to walk. I am very glad that my vet referred me to GVR.

The Dude was a rescue. I adopted him not knowing much about his health & even less about his history. He was only 69lbs with obvious hip issues, flat feet, a cheery eye, & later found out about a partically torn knee. Everyone at GVR took to him right away & he's warmed up to everyone (with peanut butter). Doing the under water treadmill & daily home exercises has been amazing! Now after 9 months, 3 knee surgeries including fixing the cheery eye, he's up to 82.8lbs & set as can be!! Love GVR & all the staff that's help my bi... read more
My little dog, Little Mama, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the elbows. She wouldn't even get up to play or go outside anymore. After a few months at GVR, I feel like I have a puppy again! As a pitbull, Little Mama, is often discriminated against, bur GVR treats her like part of the family. Thank you GVR!!
