Imagine finally getting the courage to go to therapy and after two sessions realizing you need to go more than once a week to get all of this out and your therapist telling you that she doesn't think you need to go twice a week. Why? Because I have developed the skills to be cool on the surface and a fully functional adult all while drowning inside? This has to be the biggest joke of a counseling center in the country. I have been refused therapy for asking to have two sessions a week! It's a good thing I am not having a life crisis and y'all think it's such a good idea to take away someone's therapist all because some "supervisor" doesn't think I need to be seen twice a week. And Shelby can kick rocks giving me a bunch of bs excuses as to why they will no longer let me do therapy there.
