Mr. Hoard I apologize for this. We are a small dealership and sometimes there are oversights. It’s Sunday so I am not in the office but if you would kindly remind me which vehicle you purchased I would be happy to look into this first thing tomorrow.
I refinanced the vehicle I purchased here, complete with a new GAP policy. In May, 2020, I cancelled the GAP policy as soon as my old loan showed a zero balance. Endurance sent a GAP policy refund to G5 on June 5th, 2020, which they cashed immediately. Over a month later, after contacting them multiple times, they finally sent a refund check to my original lien holder that I am still waiting to receive. I went in to buy car ,and the salesman was rude from jump. He tried to say I didn’t have insurance to test drive a car whn clearly I pulled it up on my phone. Then after the saleswoman said yea looks like I’m insured he tries to say I smell like weed. And I had the 19000 in pocket ready to cash out. Silly rabbit

Hopefully nobody tries to buy off of this person I went and looked at a truck had bad injectors he said he would work on price then he messages me and tells me it was on low on fuel and has low fuel pressure... I didn’t know low fuel pressure made it smoke white and miss while idling

G5 Auto Sales sold my husband and I a 2011 Subaru Forester with an exhaust system so badly rusted carbon monoxide was able to get into the vehicle. A certified Subaru dealership noted the problem 9 days after I purchased the vehicle. Creston Gallup, owner of G5, refuses to take responsibility. Do not trust them when they advertise their vehicles are safe.
