The landlord is very pleasant and easy to work with, the property is kept very clean, anyone looking for place to rent long term or short term, I suggest to check the G4 properties, Alex is a great landlord and very accommodating!

Contacted Alex when we were moving to the state and needed a two month stay while house hunting. Very accommodating for our needs since we have a toddler and were needing a space that would not effect other working professionals. Alex helped us with a very last minute change of plans, set us up with a rental, and was easy to contact as well as work with. I liked that the rent was all payable online as well. G4 Properties was the perfect deal for me. Airbnb and Hotels are too expensive when your are staying more than a couple weeks. And renting a place is too much of hassle for only a few months. G4 really saved my life! I had a last minute "couple of months trip", and it was the perfect option. Move in to a real home, nice flat mates and super simple!"
I came to Connecticut completely out of luck with good housing for my 3 month stay.
