I live in Saratoga Springs and I'm very disappointed I had them install my system. They got it installed after about 3 months, some delays were not their fault though. It got turned on and started producing on June the 2nd. The biggest problem is they under estimated how many solar cells I'd need and only gave me 18 panels. Turns out I need one or two more because after 7 months I have never once put out power into the grid for any month period. We started this solar project on nov 11th 2019. It is now nov 19th 2020. I took 6 months to install my off grid system. I was told that I would need 5 batteries for my system, I got a call saying that they were going to give me 3 more batteries to make it 8 total. I was unaware at the time that in order to perform properly that the batteries work in banks of 4 so 8=2 banks, so 5 would not have worked. Plus they added a few panels. Highly Disappointed... USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR SOLAR PANELS PLEASE. A door-to-door salesman decided to introduce G3 solar to me. After discussing everything with him, I told him that I just moved here and now was not a good time (June 2020), but he insisted. Even though I had only 2 months of utility bills (I moved into my new house in March 2020), he decided to move forward. I was referred by my neighbor to G3 Solar and it was a great company. My power bills were about 200 on average and I had like 400$ bills in the summer time. My power bill now is a fixed $120 and I only pay the power company 13$! I signed up in December and the whole process took about 3 months from start to finish. I worked with this company as a channel sales partner. They made many mistakes on our projects which led to confusion and frustration from my customers. It became very apparent this company lacks internal organization from an operations standpoint. More importantly, G3 Solar lied to my organization about funding and payout timelines for the construction of jobs we gave them. I strongly recommend those reading this to use my experience working with this company as a reference when considering doing business with them.
