Never again will I take my vehicles here for the NYS inspection. I've used them twice for NYS inspections. The first time my car went through with no issues. This year when I brought the same car in, they threatened to fail my car for its factory window tint unless I paid them to remove it. Now, this is a 2011 prius that has been passing NYS inspections since 2018, and this is the first time the window tint has been an issue.
