Friendly and efficient
I went to this shop several times, but the last visit was enough for me to never come back. I took my car in for a brake noise, and they told me I needed almost $500 in parts plus $180 in labor. On top of that, they charged me $132 for an inspection that was supposed to last one hour, but they only looked at the car for no more that 20 minutes. Never again will I take my vehicles here for the NYS inspection. I've used them twice for NYS inspections. The first time my car went through with no issues. This year when I brought the same car in, they threatened to fail my car for its factory window tint unless I paid them to remove it. Now, this is a 2011 prius that has been passing NYS inspections since 2018, and this is the first time the window tint has been an issue.
