Came right out when my old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Had a brand new furnace installed the next morning. Great service and great prices. Will recommend them to family and friends.
I called G&W for a furnace and AC tuneup. This was my first time using them and I’m glad I did. Chris was the one who came out to my house and he was very friendly and professional. Through the process it was discovered that I had a cracked heat exchanger in my 20 year old furnace. I know it’s the stereotypical diagnosis but he was able to show us the elevated carbon monoxide readings and while it wasn’t the news I was hoping for they were able to have a crew out just two days later to install a new unit. VERY poor communication. The first time for installment they told me they’d be there around 8:30, didn’t get there till 9:30, and was told everything would be done in a few hours the same day. Towards the end of their work, Bob came upstairs and told me he “forgot” to let the electrician know the correct date and time so everything wouldn’t be done that day and he would have to come back. I also asked for the permit for Bob to tell me he “has it, but we don’t need it today I will bring it to you when the inspector comes”. Th... read more
