I just listed and sold two homes in the Roseburg area with Veronica and Tom Gillespie and they were utterly patient, professional, and successful. We worked with Veronica to sell our river house this summer. She did a great job marketing and selling our house. Her comps were helpful in setting the price, she recommended good contractors to make the needed improvements prior to listing it, and she followed thru negotiating with the buyers. She responds quickly and listens really well. It was about as easy as selling a house can be.
