RecommendedHave brought my diesel Silverado and VW Jetta here for service. They are a nice family run shop. They are prompt at getting your car in and keep you updated on what they are finding wrong. Their estimates of costs are spot on and there costs are very reasonable. They stand behind their work and welcome follow up questions. If you want to watch cable and be offered cappuccino this is not the shop for you. If you want your vehicle fixed right, this is the place
Had a 2005 Outback XT with a blown motor. They sourced a new motor, found it to be unsatisfactory and found another one instead of installing the questionable one. My family has been using them for over a decade. They’ve always been fair and well priced.
GT automotive serviced my daily driver, a 2000 F-250 7.3l from brand new until 2018. It had over 254,000 miles on it when I drove it from Alaska to New Hampshire and gave it to my daughter. They now have my 2018 6.7 L that they are maintaining for me as well. GT automotive has went out of their way to insure my vehicles were up and running when I needed them the most. These guys get five stars from me. Go see Greg & Chris! You won’t be disappointed.
We have been going to GT Auto for many years. They do a good job of keeping our aging vechiles in tip top shape. We love the service and the care we get from GT Auto.
Replaced a part that did not correct the issue, then ordered the wrong part for the repair they claimed was the issue. After notifying me of their initial diagnosis, they never called me. I had to call to them for any updates. After more than 3 weeks, they insisted I pay for their mistake on top of the cost for repair.
