I had an extremely frustrating experience.they start my dentures Jan 2025 and today 6/12/26 they make excuses, and didn’t finish there job,they make story when they wrong, they lost my mom bottom denture and they told us u took it, omg why we took only bottom one if even it’s not fit wow plz make nice story to cover your mistakes and they don’t know how to do their job, plz don’t go there, There seems to be poor management,waste your time all the time on every appointment, don’t care about your time only care about money and... read more
Does anyone from the office check these reviews. I mean co.e on. I had a appointment at 9 for a simple filling and 1.5 hours later nothing. I only picked this place because it's less the 3 miles away from my house. Every time I come here it seems like it's a long wait and I have to come back 3 different times for a root canal. One appoint to do the root canal, then another to do the mold for the the permanent crown and then another appointment to place the permanent crown in.
If you truly want to destroy your teeth waste your entire day and completely disregard your time then this is the perfect place for you this clinic excels at doing exactly that the doctor is shockingly rude dismissive and utterly unprofessional with zero regard for basic communication or patient care it is genuinely alarming how someone so incompetent and seemingly untrained is allowed to practice there is absolutely no respect for patients, their time or their wellbeing this was an infuriating and unacceptable experience fr... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with Dentist Anju Metha. On the last couple of visits, he was very rude, dismissive, and seemed inexperienced. For my root canal, applied anesthesia to my tooth, but he adimtted he wasn't confident it would work. When I asked about the success chances, he just said, "I can't tell" and kept insisting on referring me to another doctor. It's very unsettling as a patient to have that kind of lack of confidence and not have my concerns addressed. I would not recomment him to anyone.
Very friendly staff & they treat the issue No running in circles.. the dentist very upset they sent a wrong size & told the assistant how to go about reorder so that they do thir job at the lab & Not juz send same one again (went above & beyond) to teach assistant.. Sadly it waz at the end of the yr so change come & didn't get the token care insurance stuff.. the staff have always been friendly helping kind & i like this place No cutting corners juz dental work..
