Stay away from this place. I took my daughter's 2013 BMW to this place and was supposed to do a diagnostic. Only to be charged $100 to tell me that he put the car on the pressure machine. That's clearly not a diagnostic. A diagnostic includes checking out the entire vehicle to see what's wrong not just putting it on a pressure machine. Then he was rude on the phone. He is definitely a rip off. Stay away from this place. He made $100 for nothing. Bad business!!

This place is a rip off. I took my Mercedes there and had the rear Sam box replaced and was quoted a price for the part which was used on eBay so he said $400.00 so l agreed. This makes all electric parts work. When l get the car back the front seats does not work which we’re working before. I return the car to let him know that l didn’t have a problem with the seats before and he refused to even try and correct the area without charge if me again after the fact that l paid him $756.00 for the work. Done business with this company a few times. Not once was it enjoyable. The only reason I used them in first place is fue to fact there is no other imports used parts local. Purchased an engine, AWFUL. Dont waist time or money here.

I called Nassir to order parts. On first day he said he could take my card info over phone and order... was told to call back when I had my card. I called back few days later he took my card info and said the parts would be in but he couldn't have them delivered to me bcos I had to come in and sign the card receipt. (I live 2 hrs away). He told me the parts would be in the next week which implied he was ordering them. I just had to come to Jxn to pick them up and sign. paid over $1000 to get my car fixed and came to pick it up, drove out of the parking lot and broke down on the highway, 9 months pregnant. have been going there for about a year continuing to have problems with my car, leading me to believe they were messing with it. unbelievable. i see other people are having the same issue according to these reviews! my dad is the one who paid for it and he’s to nice to ask for it back!
