I asked what method of payments are accepted. She said she PREFERS cash. I asked what other method of payment is available. She said "HAHA, oh lord, honey, I just told you, cash" (in a "sweet" southern rude way). I told her she mentioned she prefers cash , so I assumed there was another form of payment like cashier check, money order, etc. She said she does not do card payments. I wasn't happy with Ms Kaci who apparently is the only one that can " rent a storage out". She was very rude and very short with us. Never once did she smile or act professional. So I went somewhere else where the rent was cheaper and I was able to store my small boat. I rated a one star only because I had to.
