The office staff have really nasty personalities and really nasty customer service just downright racist. Also paid $325 for a application fee and heard absolutely nothing back from these clowns.
Patricia is very efficient, provides fantastic service, and is an excellent professional.
This is a beautiful location, staff is a very professional and Patricia was very helpful answering all my questions!!!!
I moved in a couple months ago and we love it here. The service that was provided by Patty and josh was incredible. They worked so hard to get me and my wife the best deal. They did everything they could to provide a space of understanding and patience. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me me and my wife upon moving in. I’m very grateful for their service.
The constant rent charges fluctuating every month is very annoying. Alot of miscellaneous fees. Make sure to read and compare your monthly to month conservice bill. It's never a consistent monthly bill pay. FYI you also can not book/rent the clubhouse for any type of private events, which sucks. I dont even see what the big upgrade/renovation was for because the televisions are never on, no remotes in sight, the pool table is damaged and old. No one is barely in there.
