Have lived here for about 8 months or so now. At first it seemed good in the winter, but everything has gone downhill very quickly. One of the things I was most excited for was living next to the pool and a gated community. We'll the pool has been closed for over a month now, and the gates have been broken for months. Trash piles up, bugs EVERYWHERE bc maintenance either doesn't care or make it a priority to clean the exterior of buildings.
