Dishonest company with zero integrity! If you are a property management company or homeowner with renters that need work done, please do NOT use this company! It appears they use independent subcontracted technicians, who don't even care to show up or communicate about their $96 rescheduled appointments for a simple HVAC cleaning and checkup. moved to hutto, I have always used this company 5 stars, always fast, friendly and price is great thank you.
We had just bought and installed a new filter (forgot to throw away the old one, which was laying on the floor in our attic). Guy came and, without us asking, actually THREW AWAY our new filter and... reinstalled the old one. Definitely questioning the knowledge of these techs if they can't tell a clean filter from a dirty one... Update: I rent so I'm not in their database. Extra annoying this happened because the property rental company were the ones who booked this appointment, we didn't even ask them to look at anything.
