At first I was happy with Guy Dari and his team. They were contracted to do a new pool installation. The pool is in, but the surrounding concrete hardscape is shifting and cracking. In some places chuncks of concrete have broken off, wire has been poking through the top surface of the concrete, and in other places, the level of the new concrete is a toe-stubbing .75" above the old concrete. this was my 2nd time using them. the 1st job was done right and I was happy enough to recommend them for another job for a friend, which they got. I moved and contacted them again and they did a poor job. I selected a rock type and what I got instead was several examples of demolition rock (broken concrete with red paint on one side). I took pictures and contacted them. they came by, took the samples, pretended they cared, blamed the supplier and told me "it would not go unresolved". I followed up 3 times.
