Horrible customer service. Carlos is rude. Wont take responsibility for their mistakes, sends wrong motor, then insists on taking the motor back for the orginal motor. Sent the motor back, and they broke the original motor, and have been playing games for the past month, still no refund sent. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Fire Carlos. He has no customer service skills. He's rude . Won't admit when he's wrong . First he sent me the wrong engine. Then he told me he had the right engine and was going to ship it . Then tells me he dropped the engine and broke it . Been strung along for 3 weeks and now tells me its still going to be another week before I can get a refund. Very unhappy with this company and with Carlos. I will never deal with this company again . And I'd advise weighting other options before you do as well . Hope the owner can fix ... read more

went looking for a taillight for a ford f 150. had in stock and was a great price. super friendly. joe helped me find my part and by a sweet coincidence they had parts for my 02 camaro. excellent service will definitely recommend to others.
Went there last weekend and the staff was very helpful. Met Joe and Doc. They went out of their way to assist me. When it came to prices they were willing to negotiate, they gave me a military discount. At the end, I purchased what I was looking for a very reasonable fair price. I was very impressed by their willingness to help out the customer instead of taking advantage of the customer like other places I've been to.
