Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were unbelievably rude and made no effort to be helpful.
this company has NO sense of accountability, they made an error and they instantly pointed fingers at others.. Shame on them
I rarely leave reviews, but the experience here was TERRIBLE enough to warrant one. The customer service was honestly terrible—staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting anyone. I asked a few basic questions and got ignored and my eyes rolled at me. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR, I WOULD. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company and will never be returning. The staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Instead of trying to help, they were rude and condescending.
