Horrible Customer Service! Homeowner Beware! We had G&M replace our roof completely. When they initially came out to quote they were very friendly and professional. Then we didn't hear from them for a few weeks. After numerous calls and nearly two months later, they finally promised to show up. The day of work arrived and no one showed up. Roofs Repair We have had two different cases of leaks developing in our roof, and both times had G/M Roofing & Gutter Topper come out to fix. Both were done well, on time, and I was quoted a fair price ahead of time which they stuck too. They kept us informed through the process and followed up afterwards. Very good experience - more companies should learn from them!
