We arrived at your dealership in a new 2026 Optiq with 15 percent charge and a high voltage error code leaving us unable to charge. We were travelling from Fredericton to Hamilton ON. Jason and his team worked for hours for a fix and at 5 minutes to closing the car started charging. We are extremely grateful for your teams work and you should be proud to have them. Now off to our own dealership for a permanent fix.

Travelling from Ontario to Halifax, we tried to fill up with gas before leaving Edmundston. Our gas door wouldn’t release. The dealership looked at it right away for us and were able to fix the problem so we could get on our way. Very professional and service oriented. Thank you so much!

WOW. Travelling back to Ontario on Saturday we were unable to detach our EV charging adaptor from the charging station at this dealership. After hours on a long weekend we were forced to leave the adaptor and continue home. When I called on Tuesday AM they could not have been more helpful and accomodating calling the electrical company and Fedexing the expensive device to our home address. They were so empathetic and helpful in every way. Thank you Adrian and Stefan.

Nous étions de passage dans la région d’Edmundston lorsque nous sommes tombés en panne avec notre pickup Silverado Duramax. Le concessionnaire n’avait aucun rendez-vous disponible avant une semaine, alors nous avons trouvé la pièce nécessaire pour effectuer la réparation nous-mêmes. We were vacationing in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia from Ontario. Our 2025 GMC Sierra broke down. We contacted them and Nancy the service advisor was courteous and professional. She got our truck looked at quickly and we were back on the road in record time. All the staff we met were friendly. The business was very welcoming. The people will always make the business successful. Nancy and her colleagues are exceptional.
